About Lesego
My name is Lesego and i am from Johannesburg, South Africa. I'm 21 years old and I have obtain two double major degrees in Media and Communications and Journalism. I am passionate about reading and writing which brings me to my love for English. I believe in broadening our knowledge and vocabulary and that is what writing and reading has done for me. Teaching English will also give me the opportunities to help you understand the fundamentals of the language and also expand your knowledge and skills that come with learning English. I have been homeschooled before schooling on a tertiary level and that forced me to do a lot of self work in most of my subjects, therefore I learnt many things through that experience. I have also helped tutor my younger siblings who are home-schooled for three years. That experience allowed me to be more patient and understanding of the students that I am tutoring.

My teaching technique is interactive and simple. I allow the student to fully engage with the content by personalizing it. This will make it easier for them to understand and grasp. PowerPoint presentations are one of the methods that I use to explain different content. This allows me to elaborate every aspect of the lesson. I also assign individual work where the student can fully apply their knowledge and understanding. We then review the homework and work on areas of difficulty.
