About Gianna
I have been working as a full time artist, developing projects and exhibiting across the UK and internationally. Prior to moving to the UK, I taught in various educational sectors for several years. Teaching in the arts is one of the most rewarding jobs I have had; it occupies an imaginative and inventive space that is full of curiosity, creative solutions and experimentation. As a teacher, I am interested in learning about my student's aspirations and guiding the development of their creative practice, as well as integrating the knowledge I have gained working in the arts.

Courses are designed to meet the individual needs and interests of my students, which means that the timeline and course structure are tailored specifically to your goals. Lessons can include building a competitive portfolio for college applications, assistance in coursework including editing dissertations for EAL students or critical and conceptual input, or expanding technical knowledge of the arts and art history. All ages and experience levels welcome.
Qualifications:
MA Painting, Royal College of Art
BA Sculpture, San Francisco Art Institute
3 Years teaching ages 5 - 20+
Proficient in: drawing at all levels, life drawing, ceramics, sculpture, oil painting, collage, mixed media
