About Ian
I am a high school graduate and previous drum corps member who spent way too much time doing band. I was the drum captain my senior year for the entire drumline and tenor line section leader the last 3 years of high school. I’ve competed in world class groups and I’ve played live gigs for marching and drumset.

My main method consists of 3 steps: Watch me, with me, on your own. Once I get to know the student a little more it becomes a lot easier to base lessons and my approach on how you are as a person. We can go as in depth or just gloss over as you want. The main 2 things I want people to take away is that drums are fun and that I am here for them to get better and I will help every way I can.
