About Cayla
Hi! I’m Cayla, an experienced educator with a deep passion for helping children learn, grow, and discover their potential. I hold an Associate’s degree in Education from Florida Gulf Coast University and am completing my Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. Over the past several years, I’ve worked as a lead teacher in early learning centers, a youth advocate in a group home, and an activities director, where I planned engaging programs and mentored children of all ages. With 14 years of competitive cheerleading experience, I also bring an energetic and motivating approach to teaching. Whether I’m helping a student strengthen their reading skills, build confidence in math, or master a new tumbling pass, I tailor each lesson to the child’s needs and learning style. My goal is to make every session fun, supportive, and productive, so students not only improve academically but also develop a love for learning. I believe every child can succeed with the right encouragement, patience, and guidance — and I’m here to provide just that!
