I have studied a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, which includes Strength and Conditioning Training, Nutrition, Wellness of the Mind and Weight-Loss. I also have a background in Natural Healing using Aromatherapy, Essential Oils and Healthy Eating as a way to improve the body and mind.

You come to me with an issue, and I will look over and create a guide for you, whether you want to be in your own home or have access to a gym.
