Next year I will be studying Economics at Exeter University, however currently I am on a gap year offering both online tutoring classes and face to face. The subjects are Maths, Chemistry and Economics all up to A level.

My belief when it comes to any form of learning is that first students need to visually understand a topic before even starting to revise or take a exam. In the educational system today, we test and stress the importance of knowing equations and relevant statistics. But the truth is most students will never be able to remember these due to the fact they do not understand the concept in the first place. I aim to first take a more lateral approach in learning the concept and then I find it is always easier to teach the exam technique afterwards. This is because students can remember an equation for a week but a concept for a lifetime.
