I make use of the 'backward planning' method when conducting lessons. This has proven to be an effective way to help plan lessons that will engage learners and deliver copacetic results.
First, I will gain insight into what level of understanding my students are on, then I will structure activities in a way that will challenge them and ultimately improve their results.
