About Tyra
I am an electrical engineering student at the University of Toronto. I have a passion for teaching. Additionally, I have tutored people in high school and during university. In my spare time, I enjoy soldering and working with circuits! I hope you will consider me as a tutor!

◦ The first lesson we will go through what specific areas the student is having issues with, then we will decide together how they would like the sessions to run. We can either:
a) Assign homework for the week (or just do the ones that were assigned in their class) and then go through the problems they had trouble with.
b) Go through specific problems in our session that are focused towards their unit.
c) A combo of both!
I am open to discuss different ways to run the session and develop my teaching method depending on what suites the students needs
◦ One of my core values when teaching is to ensure that the student fully grasps a concept before we go into any applications. If they understand the concept, they can tackle any problem!
