About Greta
Hey everyone! I'm Greta and I am an international student in California. I have started learning English in my first grade of elementary school back in Germany and I have come this far to have it as my major now. I want to become an elementary school teacher (in Germany that would mean from 1st-4th grade) and study English and German as my two main subjects. However, I still need to study Education and Math too.
Now that I am here, I would love to find out what it is like to tutor English natives, as I have only tutored in Germany before. I really enjoy spending time with kids and helping students with whatever they need assistance with. I am very much looking forward to teaching myself and I am hoping to make more experiences through little opportunities like this one- Super Prof!

You might ask yourself what my lesson plan would look like -well that is something I haven't quite figured out yet as this is my first time doing something like that online. I am hoping to get an idea as soon as possible though butI think I would have to see what my student currently talks about in class. About my teaching method:I would consider myself a very patient and gentle person who just wants to help the student come up with an idea and maybe even let them figure it out themselves while I am giving tips or explanations when they are needed (scaffolding in a way).
What sets me apart from other tutors is the fact that I am young enough to relate with the students and still in training which allows me to have a professional view on topics as well. Also, the fact that I am from Germany makes it even more exciting, doesn't it? ;)
Lastly, I would say the lessons are for students from first grade up to high school. I would prefer younger students though, as I am unsure if my skill is enough for high school students.
