About Cather
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 6 years of teaching experience and a record of helping more than 300 students improve their musical abilities. I teach high school and college students as well as adults who want to learn piano for personal growth, hobby, or performance.
My teaching philosophy focuses on building a strong foundation through simple explanations, steady practice, and supportive guidance. I believe that music becomes easier when students understand what they are playing, so I teach both technique and theory in a clear and practical way.
I guide students through scales, chords, rhythm patterns, sight-reading, posture, finger exercises, and expressive playing. I also help them understand how to interpret different styles of music, from classical pieces to modern songs. Many of my students have shown impressive progress in a short time and have performed confidently in school or community events.
I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and meaningful, using real song examples and interactive methods to keep students engaged. I support learners in setting goals and staying motivated, no matter their skill level. My mission is to help each student grow not only as a pianist but also as a confident and expressive musician.

My Piano teaching approach is based on flexibility, communication, and practical learning. I believe that every student learns differently, so I use various methods—visual demonstrations, listening exercises, hands-on practice, and guided repetition. This helps me adapt to the student’s learning style and keep lessons effective and engaging.
Along with Piano, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight-Reading, Chord Progressions, Improvisation Basics, and Rhythm Studies. These subjects give students a deeper understanding of music and help them grow confidently. I use real-life examples from movies, popular songs, and classical pieces to help students connect skills to real music.
I create a comfortable learning space where students can discuss challenges, ask questions, and share goals. My main focus is to guide them step by step, helping them develop strong technique, musicality, and creativity through simple and structured lessons.
