About Harrison
I am passionate about teaching computer programming and have over 2 years of experience guiding learners in coding and software development. Programming is a powerful skill that combines logic, creativity, and technical understanding. I enjoy helping students discover how programs are designed and built.
My lessons cover core programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures. Students learn coding using Python, Java, and other modern programming tools. Each concept is explained clearly and supported by practical coding exercises.
I also focus on debugging skills, code organization, and software problem solving. Students learn how to analyze errors and improve their programs. Real-world coding examples make lessons practical and engaging.

My teaching approach in Computer Programming focuses on understanding ideas rather than memorizing commands. Programming becomes easier when learners understand how algorithms and logic work. I guide students step by step through this process.
Lessons begin with the basics such as program structure, variables, loops, and functions. After building confidence, we move into data structures, algorithm design, and object-oriented programming. I also introduce problem decomposition and code efficiency. These skills help students write clean and organized programs.
Students gain practical experience through coding tasks and guided projects. We often work with Python and Java to practice programming concepts. Debugging and testing are also taught so students can improve their code independently.
I enjoy working with learners who enjoy thinking deeply about how programs work. My lessons encourage reflection and curiosity about algorithms. Students are supported in developing their own approach to coding.
The goal is to help learners think like programmers. Over time they gain confidence in solving complex problems through code. Together we discover how programming builds powerful analytical thinking.
