As an elementary English tutor, my approach is grounded in explicit, structured instruction combined with warm, student-centered teaching. Students then engage in guided practice, applying the skill with support and feedback. The lesson ends with independent practice or application and a quick check-in to reflect on progress and set goals for the next session.
