About Ishika
My name is Ishika, and I’m an engineering graduate with hands-on experience in software quality assurance and automation projects. I have a strong foundation in Python and enjoy helping students understand not just how code works, but how to think logically and solve problems effectively.
I take a structured and supportive approach to teaching, breaking down complex topics into simple, manageable steps. My name is Ishika, and my approach as a tutor is centered on clarity, structure, and practical understanding. I believe that learning Python should feel logical and achievable, not overwhelming, especially for beginners.
I focus on concept-first learning, where I explain the “why” behind each topic before moving into hands-on practice. I use real-world examples and small exercises to reinforce concepts, helping students build confidence step by step. I adapt my pace based on the student’s learning style and regularly check understanding through guided problem-solving rather than memorization.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by introducing a new topic such as variables, loops, functions, or basic automation. We then work through practical examples together, and I assign short exercises to ensure the student can apply what they’ve learned independently. Each session ends with a recap and a clear takeaway so students always know what they’ve achieved.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my engineering background and quality-focused mindset. I don’t just teach how code works—I teach how to think logically, debug effectively, and write clean, readable code. I also bring structure to lessons, which helps students who feel lost or unsure about where to start.
