About Chuan
Ir. Lee Chuan Heng, possesses a Master in Engineering Science and a Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) both from Monash University, Aust. Also a qualified Professional/Chartered Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia. Currently holding a post as Committee and Fellow Member of Oil & Gas, Mining Technical Division of the Inst. Of Engineers Malaysia.
I have 28 years of working experience in the Offshore & Onshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Commercial Industry working as Head/Project Director/Manager for EPCIC contractor, PMC role & Client (ZADCO, RASGAS, PETRONAS). I have extensive experience in performing feasibility & concept studies, economic evaluation, FEED, Shutdown, Project Execution strategy/charter, proposal/ITB preparation, tender strategy, Risk Management, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning and Hookup.
