About Arslan
My background is in aerospace engineering, and I obtained my Ph.D. in 2018. I have worked as an applied mathematician at the California Institute of Technology and as an aerodynamics engineer in Williams Formula One Team. I have eight years of teaching experience at KS3, GCSE, A-Level, Undergraduate and Graduate level. I primarily teach mathematics and physics and am comfortable with chemistry up to GCSE level.

My teaching style is interactive and detailed. First, I start by designing the most suitable methodology tailored to the student's curriculum. Second, I determine the student's grasp of the subject and adapt the lessons to their needs; building on their strengths and improving their weaknesses. To make concepts easier to grasp I use real-world examples from the race track and research laboratories at world-class institutes. I chart the student's progress using worksheets, class tasks, and past papers. Most importantly, I provide feedback to parents so that they are aware of their child’s progress.
