I try to always use visuals, explain something by showing a graphic or a video, something catchy to remain in children's minds. Also, I am making connections to real world situations or previous lessons. I am using assessments because maths is an exact science, so every new topic is based on a previous one.
I am a automatic control engineering student at University of Sheffield and I am working as a software engineer intern this year. I was really good at maths and physics in high school, I participated to lots of competitions, winning multiple prizes. I taught maths to children under 13 years old so far in my spare time when I was at high school for free. I also did voluntary work with kids from hospitals, which included playing with them, having different fun activities.
