About Sami
I am a 20 year-old engineering student with a knack for maths. I am patient, friendly and a good listener, and I believe that these three qualities are the most important in helping young people fully understand any subject. I hope to create an environment where the tutee is comfortable sharing their unique struggles and studying to overcome them. I always make sure I understand the learner and I adapt my approach accordingly as no two people are the same. It's not so long ago that I was studying GCSE maths, so I have a good grasp of what it's like to be in the tutee's position.
After attaining an A for my maths A-level and having studied Mechanical Engineering at Queen Mary University of London for the last 2 years, my relationship with numbers has never been stronger and I am more confident than ever that I can pass on what I have learnt.
I am happy to receive any tips and suggestions as no one knows their child better than the parents. I am open to working with pupils of all levels from year 8 to year 11, so just drop me a message or give me a call if you're interested and I'll get back to you within a day so we can hopefully schedule a lesson!
