John was much more open to me and less intimidating than my maths teacher this meant that I could ask him more questions without the fear of being judged. All the hard maths questions were made easy and it made me think why I had so much trouble with this subject. In fact he sometimes taught me Physics. At the end of the year 10 in my GCSE results I achieved an A star in my Maths and A stars in my Physics.
Hi John,
I just wanted to let you know that I got into Loughborough university and that I achieved a B in maths overall, which I am pleased with. Thanks for all your help over the last few years, I have enjoyed every moment in all our maths sessions and that I will definitely miss having them. Once again I would again like to reiterate how grateful I am.
Thank you for all your hardwork
