About Amara
I am a dedicated English tutor with over 3 years of experience helping young learners build strong reading skills. I earned a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Professional Writing, which strengthened my love for storytelling and early literacy. I believe reading should be exciting for every child. Stories can inspire imagination and learning.
I work with emergent readers and early elementary students. My lessons focus on reading comprehension and phonological awareness. Students explore picture books and engaging stories during lessons. We discuss characters, sounds, and ideas together.
