About Daphne
My interest in English developed through literature studies, communication research, and public speaking experiences during university education. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature before earning a PhD in Applied English Language Studies. Over the last 12 years, I have guided students toward stronger fluency through supportive teaching and practical communication methods.
I enjoy adapting lessons according to learning style, confidence level, and communication goals. Some students improve through speaking and listening activities, while others benefit more from grammar explanation and structured exercises. My teaching style combines patience, encouragement, and balanced language development.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading modern fiction, studying communication trends, and exploring creative writing projects. Staying connected to language learning helps me introduce fresh ideas into lessons. Teaching English is rewarding because I enjoy helping students communicate clearly and confidently.

My English lessons focus on helping students communicate naturally through structured speaking practice and practical language learning. I teach pronunciation, grammar foundations, sentence building, listening comprehension, vocabulary development, and conversational English through engaging exercises that make learning smooth and approachable. Lessons are supportive, interactive, and designed for steady communication improvement.
Beginners strengthen their confidence through pronunciation drills, guided dialogues, and repetition activities that gradually improve speaking ability. Intermediate learners work on grammar accuracy, smoother conversational flow, and better listening skills through roleplays and discussion exercises. Advanced students focus on fluent communication, natural expression, and confident speaking through deeper conversation activities and practical language tasks.
I encourage students to practice actively instead of becoming afraid of making mistakes during communication. Lessons support confidence, consistency, and practical communication while helping learners improve comfortably. My goal is to help students become expressive, relaxed, and confident English speakers.
