About Em
I am an English major university student with a concentration in secondary teaching!
I graduated high school this spring in the top 10% of my class and honors in English. Throughout my high school career, I was always fascinated by the field of English Language Arts and found myself offering help to my peers in regards to ELA. Through this, I developed a love for education, hence my major and concentration!

I aim to help students understand English Language Arts (ELA) in whichever way works best for you! I'm very flexible and can adapt to fit different learning styles. With my lessons, I want you to walk away being confident in your skills and curious to learn more. I also want you to have fun and not feel like learning is a chore!
I am a younger tutor but I'm taking classes in both English and Education to learn how to support students better! I don't view my age as a negative; however, I instead look at it as an asset because I have fresh memories of being in high school and working with the technology my students will likely be using.
My lessons are aimed for middle-high school (6-12th grades), but I am completely open to working with older students who would like help with that level of ELA!:)
