About Jasmine
I am a recent graduate who has been tutoring students in writing, language, and grammar across all subjects. I've worked with students for over 8 years on school work, essays, college applications, outlines, resumes, cover letters, personal statements, and even anxiety-provoking emails. My students have consistently shown improvements in their grades, studying habits, and writing approaches. They have been accepted to schools like Georgetown and NYU, have defended their theses, and have also developed more positive attitudes towards themselves.

I believe in a constructive teaching environment where I encourage students to push themselves and learn new techniques. I approach each student by finding out where they stand in terms of the content they are studying or writing about and in terms of their attitude towards the work. I then work on both through supportive feedback and step-by-step processes. The process varies from student to student, but I've found that breaking assignments down into manageable sections allows students to produce effective work.
