About John
I live in Northern New South Wales, Australia. I started teaching English in the 90s in Singapore. After getting my Cambridge/RSA CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults), I went on to teach English in Thailand for several years, and then at the University of South Australia in Adelaide. While working in Adelaide I completed my Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics at Adelaide University, then went on to teach English in the Middle East (Qatar) for five years, where I also worked in English language curriculum development.
The English language is a passion for me, and I've always enjoyed helping others to improve their English too.
