About Lyra
My interest in teaching English began with a passion for language, literature, and communication. I pursued a B.A. in English Language and Communication, gaining expertise in grammar, writing, speaking, and pedagogical methods. Over 10 years, I have guided students of varying ages and levels, helping them develop fluency, confidence, and a deeper understanding of English.
I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability, tailoring lessons to each student’s needs and learning style. I emphasize comprehension and practical application rather than memorization, encouraging students to think critically and express ideas confidently. Interactive methods, discussion, and reflective exercises are central to my approach.
Outside teaching, I remain engaged in literature, language development, and contemporary communication trends. Teaching English is deeply rewarding because I help learners gain confidence, express themselves effectively, and enjoy the process of language learning in meaningful and practical ways.
