About Eloise

I’m a friendly, enthusiastic and patient student currently studying A-level English Literature, Psychology and Philosophy. I have a real passion for English and love helping others develop their confidence, improve their writing and discover the enjoyment of learning.
Through my own studies, I have developed strong skills in essay writing, reading comprehension, analysing texts and expressing ideas clearly. I understand that every student learns differently, and I believe that encouragement, patience and lessons tailored to individual needs are key to helping children succeed.
I aim to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, building their skills and gaining confidence in their abilities. Whether I’m helping a younger child develop their reading and writing, supporting essay-writing skills or preparing a student for their 7+ or 11+ exams, I want every lesson to be engaging, productive and rewarding

About the lesson

Hi! I’m a passionate and enthusiastic English tutor offering support for younger learners, essay writing and 7+ and 11+ entrance exam preparation as well as English support for all ages!
As an A-level English Literature student, I have a strong interest in language, literature and developing effective writing skills. I aim to make lessons engaging, supportive and tailored to each child’s individual needs, helping them build confidence in their abilities and develop a genuine enjoyment of learning.
I can help with reading comprehension, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, creative writing, essay structure and developing clear, well-organised arguments. For children preparing for 7+ and 11+ entrance exams, I can provide focused practice to help strengthen their English skills and build confidence when approaching exam-style questions.
My approach is patient, encouraging and adaptable. I understand that every child learns differently, so I aim to create a positive environment
