About Eleanor
I am Eleanor O'Regan and I am in my first year of university doing English Literature at University College London. I have a great passion and interest in my subject, particularly due to the teachers and peers that I learned from as I grew in knowledge of my subject. I think that it is important to have a tutor who shows investment in all elements of their subject from its uses academically to its uses creatively, and I would say that that rings true for me. My self- discipline and balance in regards to my studies is what has led to my success in exams and that is something that I am assured in knowing will translate to my investment in the students that I tutor. Teaching is something which runs in my family; both of my parents are headteachers so I have been surrounded by an environment of learning my whole life and would greatly enjoy being able to both teach and learn from any students that I may have the pleasure of teaching.

I have little experience as a tutor but have great interest in expanding this and using my passion for English to help others
The fact that I am 18 and in my first year of University aids me in the sense that I am very familiar with the current exam systems from primary all the way up to sixth form.
In my sessions, I would use varied techniques from past papers to more creative outlets in order to narrow down the best ways in which to aid the specific student.
