I have been asked to be a writing tutor every year on my college campus, and have been asked to assist some professors in their classrooms. English content is the area that I have always believed I have excelled at, which is why I am pursuing a career in teaching it.

I am am English/Secondary Education major, and I have taught in multiple classrooms that have had varying ranges of skills and talents. I’ve taught from 7th through 12th grade, as well as college students. Everybody learns differently, and sometimes it can be hard to find strength in a subject we struggle with. Through working with a multitude of students, I have found numerous ways to help people increase their skills in reading and writing, and it’s something I am extremely passionate about.
