About Ilyana
I earned a PhD in English Communication Studies and have 11 years of experience teaching English. My interest in language developed through reading, writing, and studying how effective communication shapes relationships and opportunities. Over time, this interest became a passion for helping learners strengthen their communication skills.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity, adaptability, and encouragement. Every learner has different strengths, so I design lessons that support individual progress. Through meaningful discussions, structured exercises, and practical application, I help students build both competence and confidence. Creating a supportive learning environment is central to my approach.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring literature, communication research, and creative writing projects. These interests allow me to bring fresh perspectives into lessons. Teaching English is deeply rewarding because it helps learners unlock new opportunities and express themselves more effectively. Supporting student success continues to motivate me every day.

My English lessons are designed to help students improve their ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.
