About Amari
I am a high school AP English student who enjoys helping younger students with their reading and writing skills. I provide lessons that are visual, detailed, and structured, featuring diagrams, examples, and detailed explanations. I strive to make grammar, essays, and comprehension easy to understand. I want to help build someone’s confidence and comfort level while making sure that they learn as much as possible. I want to make a positive influence and learning as much fun as possible while remaining professional. I take my tutoring seriously, I prepare and create a lesson for each student based on their needs, so that I can be flexible with each.

I am an AP English student who provides tutoring in reading and writing for students in 8th grade and below. My teaching style is visual and detailed. I use diagrams, graphics, and detailed examples to help students understand and master grammar, essay writing, and reading comprehension. Each session has a review of earlier material, to introduce new material, clearly, and has an opportunity for practice so students can put the new material into practice immediately. The focus is always individual to fit each student's pace and learning style and to make concepts fun, engaging, and memorable. My goal is to help students gain confidence, success, and a passion for learning!
