From our very first lesson, she made me feel so comfortable that learning English never felt like a lesson. It felt like I was simply spending time with a friend and, at the same time, improving my English.

I genuinely looked forward to our lessons. Meeting with her became one of my favourite parts of the day, and even now, I still look forward to our time together. I’ve really enjoyed my lessons with Tshiamo. What I like most is that we can just have a normal conversation, but at the same time I’m still working on my English without it feeling forced. We’ve talked about things related to work and everyday life, and I’ve had the chance to practise how I would actually speak in those situations. I also like that she doesn’t make me feel like I have to have the perfect answer before I speak. The lessons feel natural, and I’ve definitely noticed myself becoming more comfortable speaking English

What I enjoyed most about learning with Tshiamo is how natural the lessons feel. We spend a lot of time actually speaking and discussing different topics, and when there’s a situation I need to prepare for, we can turn it into a role-play and work through it together. I’ve particularly enjoyed practising situations related to work because it gives me the opportunity to think about how I would actually respond in a real conversation. Tshiamo doesn’t make the lessons feel like something I have to get through, they’re enjoyable, practical and always give me something useful to take away
