As a Biochemistry graduate, I struggled a lot when it comes to writing and literary works but I have spent years strengthening my English skills through extensive reading of literary works, scholarly texts, and creative writing practice, which gives me a solid foundation to guide others. This background allows me to teach English in a way that is both academic and practical-balancing strong grammar and vocabulary with creativity and self-expression. Professionalism is central to my tutoring. I come prepared for every session, respect students’ time, and maintain high standards in all I do. I believe learning English should never feel boring or intimidating, it should be fun, engaging, and creative. My teaching method combines interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises that make grammar, vocabulary, and writing feel natural and exciting. I often use stories, examples from literature, and real-life situations to bring the subject alive and keep students motivated. A typical lesson plan with me usually begins with a short warm-up activity like vocabulary games, creative sentence building, or quick discussions on interesting topics, to get the student thinking in English. From there, we focus on specific areas such as grammar, comprehension, vocabulary expansion, or writing skills, depending on the student’s needs. I also weave in creative writing exercises and reading assignments to build confidence and fluency step by step. What sets me apart as a tutor is my creativity and the way I treat English not just as a subject to be studied but as a skill to be enjoyed and mastered. Having read widely across literary and scholarly works, I bring a depth of knowledge that allows me to teach beyond the basics, helping students build strong vocabularies and develop their own unique writing voices. My lessons are designed especially for teenagers at the high school level who want to strengthen their English, whether for academic purposes, exam preparation, or simply improving everyday communication.
