About Ponts'o
I am Ponts'o from Lesotho in South Africa. I am 32 years old. I have a Bachelor of Science degree and a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I have more than three years of teaching English online. I have experience in Phonetics, where I teach the English sounds that will help in pronunciation. English grammar, I teach parts of speech, figures of speech, all the tools needed to know how to speak, read, and write. I also have experience with Business English, where I help business people with tools to communicate in the business world. How to prepare presentations, the formal language to use. I also help with conversational English for people who just want to practice speaking English.

I set my lessons based on the needs of the students. I assess their level and set lessons that will help them achieve their goals. I use flashcards, pictures, articles, TPR, and discussions. The classroom can be structured or free-flow. The classroom is a safe space; you are allowed to make mistakes. I allow students to solve a problem, then assist where I recognize why they are struggling with the problem.
