About Roshan
I believe in empowering the student with the belief in their ability to do the subject. I offer friendly, relaxed lessons and tailored exactly to what the pupil requires. I am an enthusiastic person with a good sense of humour. I have a university degree (Maths) and postgraduate qualification. I have tutored primary school students in KS2 Maths. I offer tuition up to KS2 in Maths and English and up to KS3 and GCSE in Maths. I offer tuition in GCSE Maths: for example topics - algebra, simultaneous equations, trig, geometry up to Year 11. I enjoy teaching and my style is a supportive approach. I ensure that learning takes place in a relaxed but studious environment. I like to give the student back their belief and confidence in doing Maths. I encourage the student to be honest with me so that I can address their confidence issue or lack of understanding. I have an interest in life such as sport, country and TV shows, so will use these to help the student relax and see the relevance of Maths to everyday life.
