I work according to the needs of the group and the individual. Background information is gathered from the individuals and a specific program will be created for eac one and in the groups, I would work with various techniques, including affirmations, meditations, breath work, yoga postures, journals and answering of personal questions. Everything is aimed at developing the brain and allowing the body to function optimally in a natural way.
