I am studying a degree in biology from the University of Nottingham
I am a European Champion at powerlifting and have 4x gold medals
I have been going to the gym since I was 16 and hope to help you achieve your goals

About the lesson

My teaching method involves providing an education in nutrition, which is the most important variable, and what exercises to do. I will also provide help on how to perform these exercises to optimise the gains you will receive from them
