About Ofentse
Hi! I’m Ofentse, a passionate lover for Biology and Math. My passion is backed by a degree in Biological Sciences from Wits University, where I specialised in Human Biology, as well as Animal, Plant, and Environmental Sciences—essentially covering Life Sciences in all its forms. I also excelled in a year-long Math module during my first year, earning a distinction, which solidified my foundation in mathematical concepts. With over two years of tutoring high school students, I’ve developed the skills to adapt to the students' unique learning styles and to address academic challenges. I understand that each student learns differently, hence my teaching approach is student-centred, focusing on personalised lessons that match your learning pace and address your specific needs. Together, we’ll make learning not only effective but also enjoyable, sparking curiosity and achieving academic success.

From mathematical challenges to the wonders of biology, I specialise in making learning engaging and effective through interactive activities and simple illustrations. My lessons are conducted in English and are tailored for Grade 8 to Grade 12 IEB students and GSCE and AS-level students. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, where complex ideas are broken down into clear, understandable concepts.
