About Ember
I am a dedicated and experienced senior tutor with a passion for Osteology, History, and Forensic Science. As a tutor, my approach is student-led. Everyone learns differently. In these lessons, I bring a multitude of academic content, knowledge, and passion that will ensure your readiness for the demands of your coursework. Hello! It's great to meet you! As an undergraduate tutor, my approach is flexible and primarily student-led. Once you give me a topic, we will start with a few opening questions so that I can understand where you are on the subject. After this, we will go through the case or material together, and I will provide hints or corrections as needed. At the end, we will review everything one last time and set a topic for a future session if you feel you need it.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience. I will work at your pace. Everyone is different and understands things differently. I can also help you bridge that gap between subjects.
My lessons are primarily for undergraduate students at the 100-400 level with a class focus in Osteology, Intro to Forensic Anthropology, and History.
Those who would benefit most from these sessions are those who prefer a self-directed learning environment and want to master their subject.
