About Lucy
Teaching flute has given me the opportunity to inspire students for the past 7 years. I work with school and college students and believe every learner deserves personal attention and patient guidance. My lessons are carefully planned to make learning easy and enjoyable.
Students learn proper breathing, posture, rhythm, scales, finger movement, tone development, and musical expression step by step. I always encourage students to practice regularly while enjoying the process of learning.
One of my proudest achievements is seeing students become confident musicians who are excited to perform. Along with flute, I teach music theory, ear training, rhythm practice, and sight reading.
My aim is to help students become skilled musicians while developing discipline, confidence, and creativity.

Learning the flute is more than playing notes; it is about expressing emotions through music. My teaching methodology uses Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to make every lesson productive and enjoyable.
Each student receives a personalized learning plan based on their goals and experience. Lessons cover breathing techniques, posture, tone quality, finger movement, rhythm, note reading, scales, articulation, dynamics, and musical interpretation.
I motivate students with encouraging feedback and achievable milestones. Communication remains friendly and interactive so students feel comfortable asking questions. Integrity helps me maintain honesty, discipline, patience, and respect throughout every lesson.
Creative teaching methods include learning classical music, movie songs, folk melodies, improvisation, rhythm exercises, listening practice, and musical games. Besides flute, I also teach recorder, keyboard basics, music theory, ear training, sight reading, and performance coaching.
