About Karlien
I am an exercise scientist currently completing my research thesis at University of Notre Dame and have many years of experience in the gym as well a lot of practical experience in the area of strength and conditioning for athletes and the general population. With health and fitness being a huge passion and my engagement in continual learning, I aim to help anyone set and achieve their fitness goals.
