I have exp in training athletes from primary schools up to varsity level and elite levels. Strength and conditioning is the primary focus with cognitive development which helps with skill based training. Lessons will be on development of the human body, the mechanics there of. Help with CSCS diploma and studies on any other fitness/exercise education.
