About Cristina
My artistic practice spans painting, textiles, and clay to explore identity integration, healing, and reparation from a trans non-binary perspective. My work cycles through processes such as dyeing, destruction and mending. Within my practice, I learnt a therapeutic approach to art making which allowed for intuition and intention. I look forward to working with individuals who have an eagerness to nurture their creativity in similar ways. I host creative workshops for the queer community to create a sense of belonging while engaging in the healing and meditative practices of art.

My name is Cristina Rago, a trans non-binary artist and workshop facilitator with a studio based in Wandsworth, London. My aim is to work with you towards your goals and to create a space for play and exploration in a lighthearted atmosphere. There’s no way to be wrong in art, mistakes lead you to interesting discoveries!
