About Bir
I am civil engineering graduate and now i am into trading and investing in stocks but along the away i am always passionate about fitness from the start of my college days. I used to teach my colleagues at my college gyms when i became good at it. Still now i would always share my knowledge and experience to someone who needs it.

About the lesson

My class will start with dynamic stretching for 10-15 minutes, then move on to strength training or hIgh intensity interval training (HIIT) in some days. My focus will be more on the posture and movement of the exercise so that maximum recruitment of muscle occurs. I also closely look into the methods to prevent injury during exercises. Lastly i would finish the class with static stretching and some yoga poses which is critical for long term fitness.
