I am a second-year BA Criminology student with several years of experience in personal development, including fitness, sports and nutrition. I have been building my knowledge of those subjects by myself, as my main hobbies and passions, for 6 years. I am offering online and personal lessons, as well as creating training or/and nutritional guides.

I am ready to commute to the student's house, gym we both agree on (in case of personal training sessions) or conduct the lessons online. The lessons can be in English, German or Polish.
