Once basic details are exchanged we would proceed to have a trial lesson to allow you to see how my sessions work and for me to evaluate you.
2. After a successful trial I would then proceed to gather all the relevant health information I need along with my knowledge of your performance in the trial to make a perfect bespoke training plan.
3. Following all the above has happened and all other details are discussed the training can begin!
