My classes are dynamic, focused on your health and your personal goals.
My goal is to make you learn how to train right and achieve your goals through serious and efficient training.
Class for all ages, beginner and advanced levels
I have a lot of experience in many areas including Exercise, Conditioning, Body maintenance, Posture and many more that can all be provided in my sessions.

Once basic details are exchanged we would proceed to have a trial lesson to allow you to see how my sessions work and for me to evaluate you.
2. After a successful trial I would then proceed to gather all the relevant health information I need along with my knowledge of your performance in the trial to make a perfect bespoke training plan.
3. Following all the above has happened and all other details are discussed the training can begin!
