About Maithili
Hello! I'm a passionate and dedicated biology tutor with over a decade of experience helping students succeed. With a BTech in Electronics & Communication, a convent school education, and a strong ICSE academic foundation, I bring both subject expertise and empathy to every class. I’ve worked in top multinational companies, but my true calling has always been teaching. Since 2012, I’ve been guiding students from Classes 5 to 10, across ICSE and CBSE boards, through the fascinating world of biology with clarity, patience, and care. Parents and students appreciate my approachable style, structured lessons, and the confidence I help build in learners. Teaching Style
As a convent-educated tutor, I emphasize clarity, discipline, and a strong foundation in concepts. I make biology engaging by relating it to everyday life, using diagrams, real-life examples, and simple explanations. My goal is to build a deep understanding of biological processes and terminology. Sessions are interactive and paced to suit each student's comfort level, with a focus on retention and confidence.
Class Format
Each class starts with a quick review of the previous topic, followed by a detailed explanation of the new concept. I use visuals and examples wherever possible. Students participate in guided discussions, practice questions, and we end with a summary and short assignment to strengthen learning.
