About Ken
I am a business lecturer, management consultant, and adult education specialist with over 20 years of professional experience and 14 years of college-level teaching experience. I have also taught at the university master's level and hold a master's degree in international development and humanitarian action, complemented by academic training in adult education, human resources, and management.
Throughout my career, I have worked with businesses, educational institutions, and international development organizations. I have also spent more than 25 years working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including immigrants and international professionals. Speaking English, French, and Spanish has strengthened my understanding of cross-cultural communication and different learning needs.
My teaching philosophy is practical, participatory, and learner-centered. I enjoy helping students connect academic theories with real-world situations, develop critical thinking, and build confidence. Whether you are a university student, an aspiring manager, an entrepreneur, or an experienced professional, I will adapt my teaching to your objectives and help you achieve meaningful results.

My lessons combine 14 years of college-level teaching experience with over 20 years of business and management experience, including teaching at the master's level. I offer practical, learner-centred instruction in management, leadership, human resources, project management, and business administration.
