About Robert
Hello. I'm a science teacher who has just wrapped up my fifth year in the field. I worked as a technology support specialist for eleven years, and earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education in 2021. I recently completed a master's in education as well. I have taught all grade levels of middle and high school in my short career so far. Most recently, I have been teaching biology and forensic science for grades 9-12. I enjoy teaching, and I look forward to doing some tutoring sessions!

I have taught all grades from 7th to 12th. I can teach basic physics, chemistry, Earth science, and space science; but my main subject is biology. I like to make learning objectives clear at the start of each lesson, and do a knowledge check at the end. Teaching students about science is a dynamic job; I like to split time between book work, case studies, and labs depending on what is appropriate for the content and students. For online tutoring, the sessions will depend entirely on the needs of the students. I'm willing to help with homework, science projects, or anything; just ask! If I need to do full and/or contiguous lessons on a topic, I am prepared to do that.
