I am a Nutritionist with a passion for unraveling the mysteries of food and it's impact on our well-being. Currently, I am pursuing an Advanced Masters in Public Health in Melbourne, aiming to deepen my understanding in health promotion and disease prevention on broader scale.

My teaching methodology is student-centered and interactive, with a strong focus on practical applications and real-world examples. To ensure thorough understanding, I use a combination of multimedia presentations, case-studies and problem solving sessions to encourage critical thinking and engage students actively. Besides, I lay emphasis on individual learning styles, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Each lesson will typically last for 60-90 minutes, and are designed for high-school students who are interested in Nutrition and Dietetics. Additionally, having an experience as a Consultant Nutritionist in India, I bring practical learning insights into the classroom, and also offer unique perspectives on professional development in this field.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your knowledge, my classes cater to various levels of prior knowledge and interest.
