I have coached tertiary level students and youths up to senior managers and leadership. Coaching to me means clarifying the objectives of the learner, and working out the right strategies to achieve them. I put a lot of weight on getting the right knowledge and getting the knowledge right. More than this, anything learnt must be useful so being skillful and practice/feedback is key.
