About Nolo
I’m Nolo, a dedicated and compassionate tutor with 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to children in China. I’ve worked with learners from diverse backgrounds and understand how to create a supportive, engaging environment that builds confidence and fluency. In addition to ESL, I also tutor mathematics for young learners, helping them strengthen foundational skills and approach problem-solving with confidence. I hold a master’s degree in Business Analytics, which gives me a strong foundation in logic, structure, and data-driven thinking, skills I bring into every lesson to make learning clear and effective. My teaching style is patient, personalized, and always focused on helping students feel seen, supported, and capable.
